Frequently Asked Questions
The number of sessions needed varies depending on individual goals, health concerns, and progress. Some individuals may only need a few sessions for guidance, while others may benefit from ongoing support and accountability over a longer period.
Many of my clients find it beneficial to schedule sessions either monthly or every 3 to 4 weeks. However, the frequency of sessions is entirely customizable to suit your unique needs. We’ll work together to determine the optimal schedule that aligns with your goals and supports your journey towards better health.

The out-of-pocket cost for each session is $179.
This fee includes comprehensive services such as personalized guidance and support during our nutrition sessions, review of case presentation, review of labs, development of a tailored nutrition plan, and access to messaging with the dietitian in-between sessions.
